Question by Grace: What are good apartment pets?
My fiance and I have just moved into a one bedroom 7th floor apartment. It has a balcony but otherwise no yard. I loves dogs and was thinking of getting a small breed puppy, or possibly an indoor cat.
Not sure though which is the best way to toilet train a puppy, i have heard you can dog litter train, but not sure how to go about it?!
Please can anyone offer some advice?

Get a doggy door for the balcony and make sure you use chicken wire of something to keep the dog from falling off the balcony. Then you can train your dog to use the deck put little box or even a patch of grass out there he will use it and the poop will not be in the house.
Cats are great for apartment living
